Bidding for two items, the “Through the Looking Glass” dining table and the “Soar” sculpture, are starting in advance of the event and will conclude the evening of the June 7 event. Attendance is not required at the event to submit a final bid. Please scroll down for additional details on the bidding process.
If you wish to bid on one or both items, please fill out the form below.
Bids will be tracked according to the time stamp on the form you submit. When Kristin receives a bid, she will inform the people with the highest and second highest bids by sending them an email. The current bid amount will be posted as soon as possible on the website.
Bids must be in $500 increments for the table and $100 for the sculpture. Kristin will notify you if your bid does not meet the criteria, but your bid will not be counted until you change your bid and confirm in an email.
We will close down online bidding at noon on Friday, June 7. Final in-person bidding will take place at the event. If you will not be at the event, you are welcome to provide the highest bid amount you will go to along with your credit card information to Melanie Williams by no later than 5 pm that evening. Her contact information will be provided to anyone wishing to bid that evening.
