Join us for a NEW dining and learning experience at a reimagined Farm to Table. This year, we are bringing you more than just a dining event. It’s a culinary and wine learning experience based on a specially curated menu. See what’s new:
- Chef Eric Centeno from Exquisite Delites, who has cleverly crafted courses using Georgia-grown ingredients, will share their inspiration tableside.
- Matt Lippard, of Winestore Dunwoody, will select and serve perfect pairings for each course while explaining how and why he selected the pairings.
- 10-year-old Kendall Rae Johnson, the youngest certified farmer in the US, will bring arugula from her own garden for the salad course and then talk about urban farming, etc.
- Anna Attard of the Georgia Farm Bureau will talk about our state’s $91.4 billion agriculture industry during the reception.
All proceeds go towards the installation of a tool exhibit in the newly rehabilitated blacksmith’s shop.
