Yoga has been a part of my life for over 30 plus years.
As a mom, and grandmother, yoga has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, on and off the mat.
Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully.
I completed my 200 hr Vinyasa training thru Yoga Fit/and completed 150 hr specialized training, as well as Yoga Fit Ed for children.
I love to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration.
My compassion and style of teaching helps students gain a understanding of themselves and their own unique place in the world.
My hope is you step off the mat feeling refreshed, revitalized and relaxed.
