Apple Cider Days
A sister-event to Lemonade Days, Apple Cider Days is a weekend full of events in November – fun for the whole family! We’ll have food, tours, live music, food vendors, History Alive and a cemetery tour. All proceeds benefit the preservation efforts of the Dunwoody Preservation Trust.
Mark your calendars! Apple Cider Days 2019 will be held the weekend of November 9th-10th!
Saturday, November 9th
9am-11am – History Alive – Acquaint yourself with Dunwoody’s founding families; their foundations and focus. $3 DPT Members / $5 Non-members
11am – 4pm – Village Fest Music in the Meadow – Enjoy local bands, children’s area with free petting zoo, food and beverage court including Chick-fil-A and Moondog Growlers, Artisans, DHS Academy of Finance businesses, and local nonprofit organization booths.
6pm – 8pm – Sunset Serenade – more information to follow soon!
Sunday, November 10th
4pm-5pm – Twilight Tour of the Stephen Martin cemetery – Learn about the inhabitants of this Dunwoody family cemetery established in 1859 and home to almost 70 descendants.
All events are free unless otherwise noted. Saturday’s events will be held at the Donaldson-Bannister Farm located at 4831 Chamblee-Dunwoody Road, Dunwoody, GA 30338. Sunday’s Cemetery Tour is located at the Stephen Martin Cemetery at 244 Perimeter Center Pkwy NE, Dunwoody, GA 30346 (Behind Perimeter Expo shopping center – access the cemetery from the path behind Marshalls/Nordstrom Rack)

The Dunwoody Preservation Trust, founded in 1995, is a 501(c)3 organization chartered to preserve the history and heritage of Dunwoody. Our goals: acquisition and/or underwriting the maintenance of historically significant properties, documenting historical and current happenings, providing education on Dunwoody’s past and contributing to the general beautification and functionality of Dunwoody.
